一、招聘条件
1.年满18周岁，身体健康，具有良好气质；
2.热爱邮轮事业；
3.具备规范的礼仪、礼节知识；
4.具备积极乐观的心态和吃苦耐劳精神；
5.具备良好的英语沟通能力；
6.有一定的酒店专业知识或酒店工作经验。
二、工资待遇
合同期内（6-8个月为一个合同期）月工资700美金至2500美金，免费食宿。
三、招聘方式
由美国皇家加勒比国际游轮人才培训中心组织面试，面试通过即成为美国皇家加勒比游轮有限公司准员工，经过相关培训后，安排船期并签订劳动合同。
四、费用标准
费用总计11250元，包括：
1. STCW（Z01、Z07、T06及英语）培训，培训时间一个月，费用标准4300元／人；
2.岗前培训、餐饮概论培训、特殊岗位培训及技能实训，培训时间三个月，费用标准6000元／人；
3.外派费用标准950元／人。
该项目为困难学生，垫付培训相关费用，最高垫付6000元／人。使用当事人上船工作后的工资抵扣垫付费用。

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Cruise Talent Development Center, the ONLY facility throughout China providing human resources for the entire RCCL fleet, is mutually founded by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. And Tianjin Maritime College. The center serves as the hub for cruise talent selection, training, and dispatching; it adopts RCCL’s talent training standards, curriculum, and superior ideas of education, as well as training activities. The center proudly presents trainers certified by RCCL. Its aim is to provide employment opportunities for the young generation who passionately love and are ready to serve in cruise industry.
1. Qualifications
a. 18 years and above, healthy and having an attractive appearance
b. Love cruise industry
c. Possess a good command of etiquette and courtesy
d. Optimistic and capable of undertaking hard work
e. Great English proficiency in communication
f. Own adequate knowledge in hospitality or worked in hotels
2. Incomes
Monthly income ranges from US$700 to US$2500 within one contract, which last six to eight months. Free food & lodging
3.Employment procedure
All applicants should go through interviews conducted byRoyal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Cruise Talent Development Center. Once passing the interview, applicants will be deemed as candidates for position applied. When achieving all goals in training program, applicants will be informed of ship assignment, and employment contract will be signed.
4.Fees
The total charge will be RMB11250, including
a. STCW training, including Z01, Z07, T06, and International Ship Crew English, will last one month. The charge will be RMB4300 per person
b. On Boarding, Generic Food & Beverage, Job Specific, and Practical Training will last three months. The charge will be RMB6000 per person.
c. Dispatching fees will be RMB950 per person. A maximum loan of RMB6000 may be granted to applicants who possess Low Income Proof. The loan shall be reimbursed with the applicant’s income when serving onboard.
